Can you make stats pages that show a leader board for overall stats, that show the highest team, highest individual members, and highest individuals on the team?
What would be the 'highest'? Based on what? 
Hours of stats would be the main category. Maybe you could make links to break down the stats into other categories.

Number of Keys Pressed
Network Usage
etc..
It's just an idea.
